4.2 Final Pricing
Final charges may vary from estimates based on:

4.3 Payment Methods

- Drain cleaning: 30-day guarantee against the same blockage recurring in the same drain line (excluding new obstructions)
- Camera inspection: Accurate diagnosis and recorded footage provided
- Root removal: 30-day guarantee on mechanical cutting work
5.2 Warranty Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:
- New blockages caused by improper use (flushing wipes, grease disposal, etc.)
- Pre-existing structural damage to pipes (cracks, collapses, bellies)
- Damage caused by third-party construction or landscaping work
- Issues in lines not serviced by New Jersey Drain Pro
5.3 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period at (862) 388-8649 or info@newjerseydrainpro.com. We will schedule a follow-up inspection at no charge to assess the issue.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and property information

- Disclose known hazards (asbestos, lead, electrical risks, buried utilities)
- Be available or designate a responsible adult (18+) to authorize work

7. Property Access and Permissions

- Enter the service address at the scheduled time
- Access relevant plumbing fixtures, cleanouts, and utility areas
- Use necessary equipment on your property
- Document work with photos or video for quality assurance
For rental properties or commercial buildings, you confirm that you have authority to authorize plumbing work and that all necessary landlord or management approvals have been obtained.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- New Jersey Drain Pro’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, property damage not directly caused by our negligence, or emotional distress
